At the Big Bro Joe Foundation, our mission is to create a positive, empowering, and uplifting environment for young males ages 8β17 in the Tri-Cities community. Through intentional mentorship, we provide guidance, inspiration, and motivation that helps shape character, build confidence, and promote emotional well-being. Our commitment includes addressing the mental health needs of our youth through coaching, education, and support systems that foster resilience. We strive to equip young men to live with purpose, lead with integrity, and thrive as productive members of society.

Join us for an inspiring and interactive Career Day hosted by the Big Bro Joe Foundation in partnership with IBEW Local 112. This event brings together community professionals to share their career journeys, demonstrate tools and skills, and motivate the next generation of leaders.
Career Day is open to kids ages 9β18 and their families, giving youth the opportunity to learn directly from industry experts, ask questions, explore career paths, and make meaningful connections that can shape their future.
This youth-focused event is hands-on, motivational, and built to empower the next generation through exposure, education, and mentorship.
Lunch will be provided!
Join us for a powerful one-day football camp focused on mentorship, leadership, skill development, and community-building. Registration is now open for youth athletes β and sponsorships are available for local businesses.
